WHY NOT JOIN OUR LOYALTY CLUB & GAIN POINTS FOR SPENDING IN STORE

Points mean pounds in our club. You will earn one point for every pound spent (subject to the excluded products and minimum spend). You can spend accrued points at any time upon presentation of your loyalty card subject to a minimum of 100 points being available on your account.
In order to gain points, members must spend above £1 in a single transaction. The amount of points awarded will vary dependant on the product type as some products may attract higher point values at certain times and some items are excluded from earning points at all. Excluded products include but are not limited to, some special order products; prescribed medications such as animal wormers and licensed flea products; confectionary; gift vouchers, sale / discounted items or products connected with another special offer or promotion of any description. Delivery charges are also excluded.
Loyalty Club Members must present their loyalty card at the till in store at the time of the transaction in order to gain points. It is at the discretion of the Management team if you forget your loyalty card as to whether the points will be added within 30 days thereafter upon presentation of a receipt. No points will be awarded retrospectively at all without a receipt or after a 30 day period and can only be added when the loyalty card is provided. We reserve the right to remove points where a full or partial refund against a product has been given and / or if it is established that points were awarded in error. Points will also not be re-added on product returns where they were purchased using partial points and money. Points are not awarded on transactions where points are being utilised for whole or part payment of a purchase.
By agreeing to join the Barnyard Loyalty Club and providing your name and contact information (at least one email address or telephone number must be provided in order to join and remain in the club) you agree for the said information to be stored on our database. You must therefore ensure that such information is kept up to date in store. Please note that by joining the Loyalty Club you are agreeing to receive information about your account via the communication means opted for and you must inform Barnyard specifically if you do not wish to receive any such communication which will also mean that you cannot receive details of any offers available to you.
You must be over the age of 18 years to be able to join the Loyalty Club and each member can only hold 1 loyalty club account.
Loyalty Club Cards and any vouchers provided as part of the Club remain the responsibility of the Member and Barnyard do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen cards or any other loss arising from the failure to keep your Card safe. A single card will be provided upon joining our Loyalty Club and this must be retained. Should a further card be required due to it being lost, stolen, misplaced or otherwise then there will be a nominal charge of £2 for a replacement card. This charge also applies where you require more than one card per loyalty club account.
Please note that if you choose to have more than one loyalty club card linked to your account, such as for family members, Barnyard accepts no responsibility should any points earned be spent in a way that you do not agree with or any other loss arising from having more than one card linked to your account. By agreeing to have more than one linked card you agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of all linked account members.
Loyalty Club cards, points or other account functions cannot be transferred between club members and the scheme is for personal use only and Business account customers are not eligible to earn points as a result of business account transactions.
You can choose to leave the Barnyard Loyalty Club at any time and you must inform Barnyard in writing in order that your account can be removed from the database. Such requests should be emailed to info@barnyardcheshire.co.uk or written notice given in store. By confirming your request to leave the Loyalty club you forfeit the right to utilise any points accrued or issued as all such information will be removed from the database.
Loyalty Club members who do not collect any points for a period of 12 months or more will be removed from the club and will need to reapply to become a member again should you wish to re-join. Points will continue to be valid where the Loyalty Club Card is used within a 12 month period.
Please note that the old paper card loyalty vouchers will no longer be accepted in store.
